Tips for New
Students

The University of Melbourne Master of Nursing Science is a  two-year Masters-level program for entry-to-practice nurses.

It is accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (formerly Nurses Board of Victoria).

There are other costs on top of what you may expect for this course outside of tuition and living fees. The 2023 MUNSS Committee has put together an estimated cost list of things that are compulsory and things that are non-compulsory.

MUNSS acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional custodians of the land. We acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded and pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging.
